To return or exchange items, please send an email to: service@pairsinparis.fr with your name, address and your bank detail, and the reason to your return. As soon we get back it we make the repayment, but the return shipping fee will not be refunded,unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us.

• to receive an image of the element you consider faulty of damaged
• to know when and where you bought the purchase
2. Before shipping back the item please kindly note the following instructions:
• try to fill the package with paper to maintain its shape
• put it back into it’s original box
• pack the shoes in the box and fill the empty space with paper

Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges shipped to you free of charge.
Important information
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
